Iced cinnamon coffee



– 1 cup milk (or soya milk etc for vegan alternative)
– 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
– 4 or 5 ice cubes
– 2 tsp instant coffee
– 1 tsp sugar (or agave syrup or sweetener)
– Additional cinnamon for dusting


1. Place all of the ingredients together in a blender

2. Blend the ingredients until smooth

3. Pour the iced coffee into a tall glass and dust with ground cinnamon

4. Enjoy this refreshing summer drink with a caffeine kick

NB. This is enough for one person but multiply the ingredients to serve more

    It sounds sinful. I can’t wait to try this.

    • The thing is…it isn’t that sinful at all! Agave syrup is very low calorie and, if using soya, rice or skimmed milk, that doesn’t add many calories either.

      Plus caffeine is naturally thermogenic and increases metabolism so…enjoy!
